Today's Joy Fit Club Look At Me Now member had such an inspiring story. Christie from Texas lost a whopping 221 pounds! She started out at 325lbs and now weighs 104lbs. Christie lost the weight the old fashioned way, by exercising and counting calories! You go girl!
To celebrate a total loss of 25,000lbs for Joy's 25,000lb Weight Loss Challenge, Joy jumped rope for the entire KLG and Hoda Hour!
