So the countdown begins... 162 days until summer! In 1 month exactly (on Feb. 10) Hoda and Kathie Lee will be filming their morning show in the Bahamas!

This is Week 2 for Joy Bauer's 10,000lb Weight Loss Challenge!
In one week members of the weight loss challenge have collectively lost 7,740 lbs! Wow. Congrats to those on the weight loss journey!
If you are like me and love to keep healthy and "eat up" any healthy snack tips you can get here are a few from Joy Bauer:
- shrimp (8 calories per piece)
-sugar snap peas (50 calories per cup)
-edamame beans (75 calories per cup) Also, full of protein and fiber!
-water chestnuts (50 calories per can)
-balsamic vinegar (10-20 calories per tablespoon)
-cucumber/tomato/onion salad (150 calories) Include 1 cucumber, 1 tomato and 1/2 cup chopped onion
-grapefruit (100 calories) Also, hydrating and super refreshing! ahh!
Is your puppy or kitten still learning to potty train? Here is how to keep your carpet clean!
-You want to make sure to clean the area right away, don't wait!
-Soak up the area with a paper towel or a microfiber cloth
-Clean and deodorize area/ Do Not use ammonia
-Spray the area with a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and baking soda
-Let Dry
-Sprinkle with baking soda
-Vacuum area
-Voila! Your carpet is clean!
