Joy Bauer is hosting her first Google+ Hangout TOMORROW at 4PM EST.

"Nutrition expert Joy Bauer will answer your dieting and weight-loss questions when she hosts a 45-minute Google+ Hangout on Tuesday, January 31, at 4 p.m. ET! You can watch it here, LIVE!

How it works: In order to participate, send your questions to Joy on Facebook or Twitter and mention the hangout. Nine people will be chosen to join the conversation over video on Monday, January 30. The nine Hangout participants will need to have a Google+ account, a webcam and should be available beginning at 3 p.m. ET on January. For information on Google+ and how to sign up, click here."
